Submitting snapshots for troubleshooting support

Now that iReconcile supports snapshots, you can send a snapshot of your data to iReconcile’s support team for troubleshooting a problem. To do this, follow these procedures:
1. Within the app, navigate to Options > Database Snapshots
2. create a new snapshot. (if you already have a snapshot, skip this step)
3. Tap the blue arrow on the snapshot to be submitted.
4. Tap “Send To Support”
5. Add a brief summary of your problem, and send
